I can only describe James Anderson as one of the most detailed technical minds that I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the course of my career. In the three-plus years that James was a technical leader on the number one priority project for the government customer, he showed exceptional leadership as he engaged with all stakeholders (development team colleagues, government CTO customers, and product owners).
James self-taught himself critical tools and technologies required in the design and development of a complex, finished application that was deployed to every US embassy worldwide.
James also “proactively” assumed responsibility and accountability for the ColdFusion development team supporting the customer across the entire portfolio of projects. This was necessary because the ColdFusion developers were tasked on various projects with various missions and James assumed that role and successfully managed their tasks.
Over time, James became a relied-upon subject matter expert on a number of technologies to the point where he was one of 4 members who were consulted on EVERY technology decision made by the government CTO and Division Chief.
